New Hair

Jonas got his first real hair cut Saturday evening. I had snipped a couple pieces back in January, but this time he got a trim all over. I think he looks a little older now. But, very cute! Now its all even and we'll let it grow for a while. Joe had blond curls in the back of his head when he was little. I am betting Jonas will too!
Jonas is speedy crawler in reverse at the moment. His legs keep getting stuck under the furniture. Its so funny. I'll let you know when he puts it in drive. :-)
It's a beautiful day here today. The temperature is about 65 and very sunny. I'm eager for Spring! On the same day, my sister and family made a snowman. They can have all the snow! :-)
Have a great week!

What a handsome little dude. I have a feeling that he knows that he is a cutie pie:). I envy your 65 degree weather but we will be in Knoxville by the 1st week in April - yeah! I am looking forward to warm weather and many opportunities to spend time outside with my guys. Have a great night.

Jonas is truly a beautiful baby boy! I know he won't want us calling him "beautiful" (Joe either Ha ha) for very long. . . . I love his haircut. He's changing so fast. You gotta get video of the reverse crawl. I'm missing live shots of him. :-( Hey, thanks for making our snowman look fashionable. Ha ha It was such a fun time. As you saw on my blog, we still love the kit you got the girls. An older man was driving by today and saw us finishing Mr. Snowman ("Henry" as Emma calls him, "Rosabella" as Olivia calls him/her). He stopped in the road, honked his horn, and gave us a "thumbs up." It was funny. Enjoy your warmth there.

Thank you all for the complements but I must clarify, I did not cut Jonas' hair. My friend Melinda, who cuts my hair, cut Jonas' hair :-) I'm not that brave yet! :-)

i think it is interesting how just a little hair cut can make them look so grown up. i remember the difference in both my boys after their first haircuts. even now after they get hair cuts, it makes them look older. cute pics!

Hi Sarah! Thanks so much for stopping by my blog and leaving such a kind comment! BTW - my husband's name is also Joe and we were also married in 2000! (Sep 16). Your son is adorable! I agree that military and law enforcement/fire dept spouses do have those similarities and your husband should also be thanked for all he does!

Hi there! I found your blog from a comment you left on Michelle's blog (Big Blueberry Eyes).

Your Jonas is a little cutie! My son (now 2.3 months old) was a year old before we cut his hair. He had pretty ringlet curls that I would've loved to let keep growing. Unfortunately, my husband got tired of him being mistaken for a little girl, so I was forced to get his hair cut. I cried! He looked so much older to me.

Now, he gets his hair cut every 6 weeks. :)
